outchess.lol is run by KDX Studios (Khushal Dewra), Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India. By buying a piece you agree to these terms. Last updated September 15, 2026.
What you are buying
A piece is a listing on the public board at outchess.lol. While you hold a piece, it shows your logo and name, links to the website or X profile you listed, counts the clicks it sends you, and appears in the ranking sorted by what holders paid. That is the whole product. There is no advertising network and no guarantee of any number of visitors or clicks.
Prices
Pawns open at $50. Rooks, bishops and knights open at $500. Kings and queens open at $2,500. Any held piece can be captured by another buyer who pays at least $1 more than the holder paid. You may pay more than the minimum. All prices are one-time, in whole US dollars, and are shown before you pay. Nothing renews.
Captures
Every piece can be captured. When someone pays at least $1 more than you did, the piece passes to them and you keep nothing but the option to retake it the same way. You accept this when you buy any piece.
Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. Because a piece is placed the moment your payment completes, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, including when a piece you bought is later captured. One exception: if two payments for the same piece at the same price both complete, the first one keeps the piece and the second is refunded in full. Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, handles taxes, and issues your receipt. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself. We never see or store your card details.
What you can list
A product website or an X profile that you own or are authorised to promote. We remove, without refund, listings that point to sexual or adult content, scams, malware, chat or invite links, or anything illegal, and listings whose link stops working. We may also remove a listing that we consider harmful to the board or to visitors.
Clicks and availability
Clicks are counted by our server when a visitor follows your link. Counts are informational and may be affected by bots, outages or caching. We aim to keep the board online but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or shut the board down. If the board is shut down permanently within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund that purchase.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the piece concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or reputation.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Haryana, India.
